1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and using the Vizier AI Platform (“Platform”), you (“User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Vizier reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.   

2. Description of Service:

Vizier provides an AI-powered platform that offers content automation and other ai assisted services. The Platform may evolve over time, and Vizier reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features and functionalities.

3. User Accounts:

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
Vizier reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content Ownership and Usage:

User-Generated Content: Users retain ownership of any content they input or generate using the Platform (“User Content”).
Vizier Output: Vizier grants Users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the output generated by the Platform (“Vizier Output”) for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Content: Users shall not use the Platform to generate or distribute content that is:
Illegal, harmful, or offensive.
Infringes on intellectual property rights.
Discriminatory, defamatory, or harassing.
Contains malware or viruses.
Vizier’s Rights: Vizier reserves the right to use User Content and Vizier Output for the purposes of improving the Platform, conducting research, and providing customer support.

5. Privacy:

Vizier collects and processes User data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Vizier will take reasonable measures to protect User data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users acknowledge that using the Platform may involve the transmission of data over the internet, which is inherently insecure.
Vizier will not sell or share private user data to 3rd parties, outside of legal obligation, or those required to maintain the platform.

6. Security:

Vizier employs industry-standard security measures to protect the Platform and User data.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and accounts.
Users must report any security breaches or vulnerabilities to Vizier immediately.
Vizier is not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to User accounts or data.

7. Intellectual Property:

The Platform and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by Vizier and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
Users shall not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without Vizier’s written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Vizier does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
Vizier disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

9. Limitation of Liability:   

Vizier shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Vizier’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for the Platform, if any.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through [Dispute Resolution Method, e.g., arbitration, mediation].  

11. Termination:

Vizier may terminate User access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
Users may terminate their account at any time.
Upon termination, User access to the Platform and User Content may be revoked.
